Management Team

Matthew began his professional career in 2006 as a natural gas scheduler at CenterPoint Energy. In 2009, Matthew transitioned from the midstream natural gas sector to the oilfield pipe distribution sector. Matthew worked at Petro Amigos Supply from 2009 through 2018 and at Eagle Pipe from 2019 through March of 2022. Throughout his tenure with these companies, Matthew held roles including Inside Sales and Operations, Outside Sales, Outside Sales Manager, Manager of Business Development, and Director of Sales. Matthew is responsible for the management and execution of sales and operations for major and independent operators & individual accounts exceeding $150 Million in annual revenue. His highest priorities as a business owner and sales executive are providing extraordinary customer service and paying close attention to detail, regardless of the size of the customer or the amount of the sale. Matthew attended Texas Tech University's Rawls College of Business earning his BBA in 2004 and MBA with an emphasis in Marketing and Management in 2005. Matthew is a native Houstonian. In 2009 he married the woman of his dreams, Katie, and together they have four amazing children: Everly (14), Emme (13), Easton (11) and Ellis (8). In his spare time, Matthew enjoys exercising, assisting his boys youth sports endeavors, bay fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends. In 2016, while fostering his six-year-old cousin, Everly, Matthew founded The Thankful Ones, a child adoption supporting charitable organization. Matthew is currently the Chairman of the Board and works diligently to raise money to support neglected children in need of being adopted into a loving home. His oldest daughter Everly was formally adopted into the Martin Family on November 16, 2018 after an arduous three year custody-to-adopt process. Everly's story is the inspiration and foundation behind The Thankful Ones.

Jeff Raley began his career in the oil and gas industry in 2008 at Petro Amigos Supply, Inc., where he specialized in inventory control, managing multiple rig programs, and overseeing daily operations. Building on this foundation, he advanced his career at Marubeni Itochu Tubulars, cultivating strong relationships with mills and operators. In 2023, Jeff joined FortyEleven Pipe LLC as Vice President and COO, partnering with Matthew Martin to lead the company’s strategic growth and operations. Prior to beginning his career in oil and gas industry, Jeff attended Texas Christian University (TCU) earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2007. Outside of work, Jeff is dedicated to his family and community. Married to his wife, Amy, for 15 years, they are proud parents of four children: Walker (14), Landon (12), twin girls Austin and Adley (10). Jeff enjoys playing golf and is passionate about coaching and supporting youth sports. Jeff is an active Board Member of The Thankful Ones.
